Question:
Serious fatigue - I've been working out full body Tues/Th/Sat and am noticing that I feel really tired and run down sometimes. Is this an indication of not enough recovery time between workouts? Or an inadequate diet? Ephedra - I started taking an ECA stack regularly (to help with fat loss), but don't care for how I feel and wonder if it really is making any difference, so I only take it before a workout for a boost. Should I take it every day, or is it ok to just use it for the energy boost?

Answer:
Your baby is six months old, right? My guess is cumulative sleep deprivation. Sleep is really, really important to this process. As important as getting lots of water. If you're sleep deprived then you've got raised cortisol rates which tends to try to hang on to stomach fat. If you're sleep deprived then you tend to skip (or skimp) on workouts. If you're sleep deprived then you tend to reach for simple carbs to get a quick energy boost. All bad. All preventable by getting enough sleep. Did you build up to the dose? I started with 8 mg ephedrine tablets and built up to two tablets (16 mg) and eventually up to 24 mg (3 tablets) at my highest dose. My most common use is to take 16 mg with 160 mg cafeine in the morning. It gives me the energy boost, treats my asthma, and doesn't leave me jangly or sleepless. Don't take it in the afternoon. You need your sleep!
